If it were a bug, you would hurt more than on one side. Sounds as if you have a kidney infection. The pain from this can also go down into the leg area. Check with an MD to also rule out appendicitis. Hope you get better soon.

KIDNEY INFECTION! Seek medical attention and treatment asap. They will more than likely tell you that you are crazy to walk in to a Dr. office complaining of kidney pain as that is what happened to me resulting in a positive urine test. They will give you antibiotics and possibly pain killers depending on how severe the infection is. This is likely caused by a UTI that presented no signs or symptoms of a normal UTI.
Good luck and please, seek medical attention. ASAP!

That relies upon. there are a number of stuff which could impact your kidney and result on your death- in spite of everything you decide on them or a device to do their interest (dialysis) of course there is not enough room (or time) to get into all the main factors, yet i will divide the themes up right into some wide categories that i will only make up for the sake of classifying: vascular- the main undemanding interior the U. S., intrinsic renal and urologic/ an infection. Vascular- it is rather "coronary heart disease" that has effects on your kidneys. As we age, we deposit cholesterol and different stuff into our arteries. ultimately they clog. in the event that they clog a coronary heart vessel, that's a coronary heart attack, if its a techniques vessel, that's a stroke, if that's a kidney vessel, you lose some kidney function, and once you have not have been given any left, you used to die. you will natually lose kidney function by this course as you age to boot. With the creation of dialysis, human beings can get some better years, on generic 3-5- i've got self assurance, even nevertheless it demands dialysis thrice each week or so, lasting for 0.5 an afternoon, with the different 0.5 of the day leaving you feeling susceptible and drained. the final thank you to guard your self is to guard your self from coronary heart disease: do not smoke, consume nicely, save your cholesterol and blood tension under administration, in case you have diabetes, save your sugar under tight administration. one element i could upload to it is to maintain hydrated, simply by fact the above responders have suggested. which will save a solid blood furnish to your kidneys, and which will help to maintain them satisfied. As for the different 2 "communities", nicely, they are somewhat complicated to describe, so i will pass on that for now. you will possibly desire to work out a doctor to have those "cardiovascular possibility aspects" I alluded to above accompanied, and that they are able to tell you extra approximately different reasons of kidney issues...

Sounds like one of the bugs but --
Start with an Md (you will rarely hear that from me). If it is not an infection start taking turmeric to help clean it out.
Unrelated - for information on muscles, pain and referred pain read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. (lets you help yourself)
