Take a pain reliever like Tylenol, Advil, aspirin, or Motrin. This should relax the muscle somewhat so you can move. Remember to take the pain reliever every 4 - 6 hours so you keep the muscle relaxed while it is healing.

Try stretching your neck. Roll your head in a circle and from side to side for 5-10 minutes a day. You may retain tension in your neck and facial muscles. Hot towels might help also.

Start with a swig of molasses or a couple of bananas they contain magnesium and potassium needed to help relax the muscles.
If it has not lightened up see a massage therapist.

you've pulled a muscle in your neck.to get the inflammation down
take a couple of ibuprofen, when needed.it works wonders.
