It is not available in UK. Looking at the ingredients there will be nothing similar either.

It consists of an aspirin type pain killer. In general aspirin is seldom recommended by GPs in britain for anything other tnan low dose for blood thinning. Its gastrointestinal and other risks are felt to outweigh any benefits.

A diuretic- other than a few herbal types these are generally not available over the counter.

Acetaminophen another pain killer not used in UK.

Pamprin is a brand name which does not exist in the UK. It contains a diuretic and paracetamol. Your best bet is to ask at any chemist's for the UK equivalent or generic. Tell them you want it for menstrual pain and cramps and they wil tell you what you need.

Alternative if not able to find - as it relates to cramps (or any other muscles) take a swig or two of molasses (for quick relief) or have a couple of bananas they contain magnesium and potassium to help.
