Some people normally say they go to visit doctor but no disease found but really they have pains in leg bones which appear after sometime and then the pain disapear.

arthritus, growing pains if you are young, bone cancer are just some of the reasons. and lack of calcium

If it is in the muscles instead of the bones I can recommend a book that will be invaluable over the years that deals with muscles,pain and referred pain called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It has a 75% success rate and teaches you how to "fix" it yourself.

Be specific on what type of pain you feel, is it dull? Sharp? or Pinching pain? Where do you stay? Is it cold or tropic? Where is the specific location of the pain? Shin bone? Knee? Both or just on one side? Usually if you feel the pain on both leg or both side of ur extremity that would normally state. osteo arthritis. pls contact me if you need more help. tnx -- have u taken any pain reliever for it? did it work?

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Coldness energy in your body is more. At night this energy increases further. Therefore you are experiencing this symptom.
Put both the legs in a bucket of warm water before going to bed at night. Have warm food in meal at night.
