Why does my back click when I go to the physio and she manipulates it?

Yes, it is not normal. But I do not know if it is dangerous.
Going to physio should not cause this. Some kind of manipulation has introduced air between your tendons. It is being released.

It is also caused by too much tension. You are under professional care. It is not proper to comment on that. They should help you with further explanation.

But I would say this - whatever the reason you are going to physio, after you get better, I guess your click will be gone.

Your muscles are tight - the quick way to deal is with a massage therapist. The most beneficial way is to inform yourself - read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

I watched an episode on discovery channel on this. its the same thing as cracking your knuckles...it releases air in your tendons. its alright if you do it once in a while but its not so good like making it a habit every 5mins.

My chiroprac said it was the releasing of gas from your tendons or something like that. Either way, my bones fart. Gross, huh?
