The pain has been there since i had my last child 4 months ago. its more so on my right side but here lately has spread to both sides. usually it only really hurts while im sleeping no matter what position i am in. I have in the past had kidney stones and i know the pain in sorta in that area but its starting to concern me. I can't sleep in my bed anymore and the couch where at one time would help with it, isn't helping anymore. i wake about every 4 hours and litterally can't move and take meds just to go back to sleep. also i had a epidural with my last child. and also lugging the baby carrier around everywhere i go usually carrying with my right hand. anyone have problems with mid back? or any suggestions before i fork out tons of money for MRI's and things like that? ive considered maybe a chiropractor thought it could be a pinched nerve. thanks so much!!

Then try heat in bottles...fill with hot water.

Massaging the back muscles by applying pressure will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain or apply a hot water bottle, heating pad or a warm compress to the painful area of the back .Sometimes alternating a warm compress and an icepack will reduce the pain faster. I kinda accept as true with what every person else has stated about it possibly being that you've a UTI contamination, nonetheless a few months ago I used to be experiencing discomfort precisely like the ache and signs you might be describing and precisely the same spot, the left aspect. It grew to become out that I had an ovarian cyst on my left part (ovary) and that caused the soreness with surprising movements, anguish with urination, the have got to typically go to the bathroom as well as affliction with intercourse. You would have a cyst, nonetheless it might be anything else. I do know you stated you are not able to see the medical professional because you do not need coverage, however i would recommend you go see a health practitioner (and you can need to have the ability to see a surgeon) to peer what they are saying considering that if it's a cyst - cysts and twist or rupture and motive severe anguish as good as may have severe problems. Good good fortune :)
