They say tight shoes don't help the matter and if you have high arches. You need to get arch supports.

He has to chose a team that he connects himself very well with but at the same time it should be a team that has greater stability and less likely to go defunct.When I say stability,its not just financial aspect but also an administrative and technical one. Take CSK for example,the owner may have a huge profit making company but they have been very well versed in conducting domestic level cricket tournaments where some of the elite players of India have played.So they know what it takes in managing a team,playing a tournament and the support staff needed and so on.You hardly find owner of CSK franchise sitting in the dugout along with the players.
