What do you think is wrong with it if i feel better when it is closer to my body even havin my arm slightly out to write(its my writing arm) hurts a lot. Feels like a cramp mixed with a burning pain. Im gonna ask the pysio but waiting for referral letter to come back.

Ice is your best friend when it comes to shoulder troubles.
(fill an empty pepsi bottle with water and freeze, try 2)
Put the ice bottles on both shoulders, 10 to 20 min, your
pain is history. It will bring u back to life quick.

Muscles with knots (trigger points) causing pain and referred pain.
You and your Pysio should read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies (at least the section that includes the shoulder.

its probably just swollen somewhere

you can make it worse by either keeping stiff or holding your arm/shoulder in a different position. you dont realize your doing it so kep an eye on it

Sounds like you may have traped the radial nerve, somewhere in the neck.
