I live at home with my parents, I will be 20 in may. My boyfriend, who proposed during the christmas season, basically lives at my house. Its been like this for about a year and a half, and until recently it has been working just fine. We both love eachother very much. Because of his crazy work schedule, sometimes sleeping together is the only time we get to spend together (And i do mean litterally sleeping).

Recently though, when hes in the bed, i Can not fall asleep! I'm restless, not tired..etc.. On the nights when he has to work until 3amish and i'm in my bed alone to sleep...i'm sleeping within a half hour of laying down.

I dont understand why this is happening all of a sudden (probably since the end of January). We have not been fighting, actually - our relationship is at an all time high....going stronger than ever!

Any suggestions on how to get a better nites sleep while sharing the bed? Or suggestions on how to not be so restless?

We took my son to the emergency room because he fell and lacerated his head. After about 1 1/2 hours, we were out. All the doctor did was take a tube of skin glue, hold his head together and rub it on.

Now we just got the bill and it's $600!! (That's combining both the hospital and doctor fees) Can someone tell me why in the world are medical expenses so high, where does all this money go??

I just got to work and rubbed my eye and my contact came out. When I put it back in, I noticed a tiny tear in the side of it. Obviously, I'll put in a new one when I get home, but my question is how long will it last for today?

I live an hour away from work and I'd REALLY rather not drive home to replace it and try to explain that to my boss. Do you think I can wear it the rest of the day?

I can see just fine out of it, and can't notice the rip while I'm wearing it.

I was diagnosed as myofacial pain, then by physio as wad 2 . I have medication called celebrex 200 mg. I am in constant pain and am very frustrated. I went to the doctor due to extreme pain. i almost received "no work" Paperwork and had to convince doc that I do feel batter to move than to sit. I have pain in my neck, arms, numb fingers, low back , hips and really sore legs. I tried to solve the problem on my own by doubling the dosage of my medication. It did not help at all. Is there something that I can take that may be better? I tried to get x rays to see what may be worse wrong did not work. Neither did asking for a chiro since they have to x ray before ... Insurance pays physio lump sum to get me back in shape, I have to wait until they use that money up before I can proceed to any other treatment, I think thats dumb.

Quite often, I have pain in my back right by one of my shoulderblades. It happens on either side and it can be pretty painful to move and I can't get comfortable. My question is: what exercises or stretches could I do so that I can stop this from happening so much?

I have a thriving business that could earn twice as much making me very wealthy if just pulled my finger out and did some more work!
I have two wonderful kids, unfortunately i cant say the same about the missus but she's ok.
So how do you draw inspiration to become exceptional in everything you do?
I Always seem to do just the bare minimum or less. This often creates unessecary headaches etc. and yet i dont learn from my mistakes much?

So what can I do to get myself Motivated, organised and productive. After all i dont think i will win the lottery.

In my house, we have this room that we call the "Sun Room". Its a room where we keep most of our plants, its very earthy, and theirs windows and a big glass sliding door covering 3 out of 4 walls.

My question is, will i get the same effects of the sun from sitting in this bright room as i would from being outside? Can I still absorb vitamin D even though the sun is comming through a window?

Also, I do suffer from depression, not as badly as a few years ago..but every now and then i do get into depressed moods. It tends to be more in the winter and its probably caused from lack of sunlight. the SAD disease. Can sunlight through a window possibly treat this? or again, does it have to be DIRECT sunlight?

I know that too much sun exposure is no good...thats not a consern of mine. My main consern is that i'm not getting enough sunlight to produce the good effects.

I'll try 2 explain a little better this time. he is taking the right amount. but the thing is that when he is on them he is fine he is very healthy but the problem is that when he mises them even 1 day he cant function get gets very tired and cant think and i don't think it can be healthy to have that much of a dependence on vitamins. the things he takes are a liquid vitamin supplement, a vitamin c with hesperidin complex its a powder thing you mix with water and a thing that adds oxygen to your water. that is all the info i can give last time i listed the actual product and they would not let me post it.

A genie appears before you and says that he can guarentee you a long life (say 110 years of age), but the price of this long life is that you will be grossy overweight. If you tell the genie "thanks, but no thanks", you will remain slim, but will be dead in ten years.

Which do you choose?????

ie; running under cold water for 15 mins , keeping a cold pad on , etc. It has left quite a nasty scar, it has also blistered, these burst whilst she slept last night. What is the best way to treat this now, Just keep it dry and cover with antiseptic pads. Any tips?I dont think its a medical visit as such, but it was painful, as even the slightest burns are, god love her.I wanted to take it and have it myself
