Not too sure about the excessive vascularization term...but...

The person who posted saying "Dehydration and malnurishment" could be right. Your facial/body appearance could change due to these two things.

Make sure your drinking a lot of water in order to keep your skin hydrated, and also be sure that your eating a wide variety of fruits and veggies. Sometimes I make a salad and i cut up all the vegetables that I like and put them in with the lettus, a little extra virgin olive oil and cider or red wine vinegar ....tastes great, and your getting a wide variety of veggies.

And just incase your diet is lacking in areas, be sure you are taking a multivitamin.

I dont think that too much sleep or looking at the computer would cuase a change in your eyes, but just to be sure..maybe you can conduct a little expariment of your own. Stay away from the computer for like 3 days or so (Unless it is necessary for work, then just try to avoid it whenever possible)... and try not to oversleep...(8-9 hours is usually enough for an adult).

good luck
