Cows milk has no iron, enriched milk formula's do contain iron. There are better sources, see link below

NO milk contains calcium but no iron,only formula milk for babies and toddlers has added iron

It's a poor source.
Try: dark leafy greens, raisins, and a phone call to the pediatrician. Have them mail you a brochure to which you can refer for sources to all the nutrients kids need; you can stick it to the refrigerator with a magnet. All that information is just a phone call away.
