Is it your shoulder or 'collar bone'? Either way, the only way to get it checked properly is with an xray. You can ice it for 20 min every 4 hours for 72 hrs. But, if you get it xrayed, youl'll know for sure. If you have any numbness of hand or fingers, make SURE you go to er.

If you can move it at all, it's probably not broken, but there could be a minor fracture there. An x-ray will show one way or another if there is. Otherwise, it's likely just to be some serious bruising, which although it might not be visible from the outside, is probably building up inside your muscles and causing the pain.
A hard enough fall can take at least a week to recover from.
