Yes, I do. Yes, it works if used correctly and regularly. I bought mine from Ebay; they have several different regular sellers at various prices. I bought mine from a bloke in Germany for round 60 bps including p & p. The only drawback is that the plug is European, but that's easily fixed.

I have not found light boxes to work. I got mine through my therapist The only thing that help is regular cardio. But this is kind of like a bandaid. I can't wait for spring!

yes I suffer from SAD
I increase the Vit D in my vitamin use
I open the shades up wide to let is as much sunlight as possible
yes Sunlamps do offer (some) relief but doesnt entirely cure the symptoms

why dont u get out for a walk everyday if only for 20mins just wrap up warm and that should help make sure u go out during the light though

I know somebody who had one for a while. She said it worked for her, but it used to hurt my eyes after a few minutes.
I didn't notice any effect on me, so you probably have to make sure you're diagnosed by a doctor as needing to use one, or it won't do you any good.

Go to your local herb shop, and get some st johns wart capsules, take them regularly and in a few days you will feel just fine.

did u ever consider getting melatonin supplements??this is the hormone that is effected by SAD...think they are available in the uk
