daily value. Does this seem like a little to low of an amount or is it perfect for dieters? One bagel is 60 g. I've had two bagels just today. I think cutting my carbs really might be the start I need and when that stops working, I'll add another healthy habit.

I don't have time to go to the gym every day so i was hoping that I could just to a simple workout at home. All i have is a bench, a 5 lb weight, a 10 lb weight, a 15 lb. weight and a 20 lb weight (and a floor for pushups situps etc.) best workout exercises I can do w/ these restrictions gets the 10 pts.

I'm 13 years old and have a bit of fat (seems a bit more than most people) and i do loads of exercise. Monday: School studios(fliming and editing that kind of stuff), Tuesday: running (with my dad) Wednesday: 2 hours of table tennis, Thursday air cadets(a lot of marching and stuff), Friday: 2 hours of karate, Saturday 2and a half hours of badminton Sunday: Sometimes nothing or karate special 3 hours classes or gradings. (also sometimes go skiing for holidays if my mum and dad can afford it). Eat quite healthy, salad with every meal don't snack much as I'm not really that hungry. My dad had 'puppy fat' but he's the only 1 in the family who had (he lost it when he was 16). So is it puppy fat ,and if it is, is there anyway i can hurry it up to go?

I need to increase the amount of press ups i can do, at the moment i can do 20, i perform the press ups with my elbows tucked in close to my body which focuses on my triceps, i have been doing 3 sets till failure every other day for 2 weeks and i still can't do any more than 20! What am i doing wrong? I'm 20 yrs old. I Have to do them with my arms tucked in And i Need quick results. Thanks

I am a gymnast, and my pratices are 3 days a week from 5-8:30. I never know what to eat before that will give me enough energy for the entire practice, so I often end up either eating too much and feeling sick, or not eating enough and feeling weak. We do get a snack break in the middle of practice, but I don't really like eating then because then I dont have enough time to digest it before I start working out again and I feel sick. Does anyone have any good snacks I could eat before gymnastics and about how early I should eat them before the practice starts so I have enough time to digest?

My boyfriend has just found out that he is over 300lbs. He wants to take martial arts classes with me which I think is great but I seriously doubt his body and heart are ready for that sort of high impact excersise. What can we do to ease him into it?

Please star this question. I need as many answers as i can get to motivate me.

Here is my schedule. Is there really any time in there for me to work out? I need suggestions.

5am-730 - wake up , get ready for work, feed and change newborn, wake up 1st grader, wait on mom to come get baby, take 1st grader to school.
730-800 - drive to work
800-430 - working at a sit down job with 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch. I try to eat weight watcher dinners for lunch but on my breaks I sometimes eat out of the snack machine. (Yes i know i need to quit)
430-500 - drive home
500-530 wind down, talk to 1st grader about school, play with the baby and talk to hubby about day.
530-630 cook and eat ... give or take a few minutes
630-700 feed newborn
700-800 watch a little tv or start to watch a movie we got from Netflix or Blockbuster online
800-900 while watching that movie or tv show, feed baby again (bed time bottle)
900-930 put baby to bed, get 1st grader to bed. go to bed

ok, I think i need to lose about 30-35 lbs to look good. Where i feel comfortable anyway. Which is about 15-41 lbs more than my healthy bmi.........

does eating too many of them make you fat? b/c i think i', addicted to them...i cant stop eating them and i feel so bloated but yeahhh...everyone thinks im weird b/c they dont like them...but i've always kinda liked bland foods lol
and i think ive gained weight...
ahhhh...i hate worrying about fitting into dressed =P ppl should all just still wear corsets lol
