Please star this question. I need as many answers as i can get to motivate me.

Here is my schedule. Is there really any time in there for me to work out? I need suggestions.

5am-730 - wake up , get ready for work, feed and change newborn, wake up 1st grader, wait on mom to come get baby, take 1st grader to school.
730-800 - drive to work
800-430 - working at a sit down job with 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch. I try to eat weight watcher dinners for lunch but on my breaks I sometimes eat out of the snack machine. (Yes i know i need to quit)
430-500 - drive home
500-530 wind down, talk to 1st grader about school, play with the baby and talk to hubby about day.
530-630 cook and eat ... give or take a few minutes
630-700 feed newborn
700-800 watch a little tv or start to watch a movie we got from Netflix or Blockbuster online
800-900 while watching that movie or tv show, feed baby again (bed time bottle)
900-930 put baby to bed, get 1st grader to bed. go to bed

Yep, sounds like mine except I have no kids but a lot of other stuff going on.

If you could find a free office during your breaks you could go there and stretch. 30 min. is way too short, you just have time to eat and go back to work.

Bring low fat yogourt and fruits for break time.

I would trade your 7 - 8 pm tv time with exercice twice a week to begin with, then go up to 3 times a week. Or, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays = 3 X a week.

You can get wonderful exercice DVDs on www.beachbody.com

I have several but I just love the hip hop abs I got.
Hey, why not have your 1st grader exercice with you? I am sure she would love getting involved.

I agree with MOONIYA, why do you have to watch TV, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, I understand you have to feed your baby, but that won't take long, that's almost 2 hours of just watching TV, you could go to the gym and get a workout of about 45 minutes, or even less time. Not every day, but 2 or 3 times a week.

Use your 2 15min. breaks to go for a quick walk. It will give you the 30min of exercise you really need daily. Also, try putting the 1st grader to bed a bit earlier.... He/she needs the extra sleep anyway, and then you could possibly get some yoga in right before bed time. It would get exercise and relaxation in all at once.

1st grader should go to bed at 7pm every night and leave hubby to watch the baby and go work out ...at least a couple nights a week skip a movie or tv on those nights
