I don't have time to go to the gym every day so i was hoping that I could just to a simple workout at home. All i have is a bench, a 5 lb weight, a 10 lb weight, a 15 lb. weight and a 20 lb weight (and a floor for pushups situps etc.) best workout exercises I can do w/ these restrictions gets the 10 pts.
