Its raining and Im really hyper and i have a lot of energy and i cant sit down and be relaxed. i am 12 by the way.
Whoever lists the most ways gets 10 pts

-try to do the most sit ups in 2 minutes
-crank up some music and dance dance dance
-play dance dance revolution
-gutair hero
-go to channel 330 and exercise!

-jumprope
-jumping jacks
-do gymnastics
-jump up and down really fast
-clean your house or rooom
-make your self a really big cake and eat it!!!!
-run up and down your stairs
-play an intrument
-throw a party
-have a kareoke party in your room
-throw on your bathingsuit and run around your yard in the rain! make sure it is not lightning or thundering
-watch a show like dancing with the stars and try to do all their dance moves
-play tug of war with your dog
-play with your cat
-fill your bath tub with water go swimming!
-call up a friend and talk talk TALK!!
-go on youtube and type in exercise and exercise!
-jump on your bed
-download songs onto your ipod
-go online shopping
-play a wii
-see how high you can kick your legs up
-do a split
-stretch for a split
-do a complete cleaning of your room getting rid of anything you don't wantany more
-recycle

Help your parents clean! :) Push the vacuum, walk around and do things, you'd be surprised how much energy you can burn. Run up and down the stairs. Any pets to play with? Dance! Put a exercise DVD in and exercise.

besides doing regular exercises like push ups, crunches, skipping, etc. you can burn a lot of calories cleaning. the key to getting any kind of beneficial exercise is by operating all of your muscles over their entire range of motion.
