I occationally cough up "white puss" from my throat. I went to see my doctor and he told me to try stop drinking milk because he thinks its buildup of milk that gets stuck to your throat. I stopped drinking milk but I still have the bad breath that comes with it (gross I know) I keep on chewing gum and drink alot of water and tea to cover it but I would like to know if there is a solution to clean my throat and get rid of it once and for all

any good suggestions will help

Thanks

My husband has really bad breath almost all the time, his gums bleed when he brushes, he wakes up every morning with reddish-brownish stuff on his teeth and his mouth stinks. His nose is always runny (all year round - not sure if this has anything to do with it). He had a metal brace fitted at the back of his teeth 12 years ago - i'm not sure if that has caused the problem. He uses strong paste and mouthwash regularly but still the symptoms persist. Any idea what is going on and what can be done? He has seen as oral hygienist and all she did was clean his teeth and told him how to look after them! Its so hard to find a proper dentist that will do their job - any advice will be helpful. Many thanks!

Hey there, so I was brushing my teeth today, and so I swallowed some of my mouth wash, I rinse out my mouth out with water once I am done, so I rinsed it out and then I swallowed some of the water with I think a little bit of mouth wash it in. So now, I didn't swallow a lot, but a little, should i be okay? it is non -alchoolic.

Is tooth sensitivity around the gumline normal? I have always gone to the dentist 2 times per year for cleaning, but have not been able to go since August 06 because I don't have dental insurance now and can't afford to go. It is just along a few teeth (not in the same area). It doesn't hurt when I eat, but is bothersome whenever I touch it with my fingernail or rinse with cold water. Not something that hurts, but has concerned me for the last few months.

he let both, the ring and needle soak in alcohol. He was also wearing latex gloves. The piercing is red, sore, swolen, a little crusty (i think its dry skin ), and when i squeeze it a little puss comes out of it. I have been rinsing my mouth out after i eat with mouthwash and warm saltwater. I haven't taken it out. Is it infected ??

Hi, I have a submerged tooth and the orthodontist has refered me to the hospitol to have it taken out and I'm pretty sure I will be given general anaesthetic and I'm scared out of my whits. Surely if I'm only having one tooth taken out it shouldn't be long so shouldn't be too bad. Can anyone speak from experience to re-assure me. Thanks

My brother has a serious dental condition. He has no insurance, no money, and also suffers from mental illness so he has been unable to work for quiet some time. He went to the ER a week ago about his teeth/gums, and they worked with him, and found that he has a serious gum disease that is going to begin spreading first to his sinuses, and then to his brain, which will kill him in a matter of months.

He needs 20,000 for the procedure. I am trying my hardest to find a way to get him the money he needs. No one else in our family will help him and I don't have enough money to live on, so I am trying to find what kind of grant and government opitions are available for him? Where do i begin? please help......... i cant lose my brother, he is all i have.

Any helpful responses are appreciated and i thank you in advance.
