DUDE. horrrriblest teeth everrrr! i can't stand them. ways to fix them?

kay so three probs...

1) GAP. it's like this wide | |
ewww ugly. i can't afford braces. what can i do?

2) smallish chip. my dentist said i don't need to fix it cuzzz it's so small but ppl notice it all the time and it BUGS me. any way to fix it? is it safe to file it myself? if only just a little...?

3) yellow-ish. i want them to be WHITE. i know there are many kinds of crest whitestrips that ppl say work...which kind of whitestrips works best for you?

1.) For that gap, you either need to have them make an actual tooth big enough to cover one of your other tooth to fill that gap (I saw a dentist do it to one of the contestants on America's Next Top Model...remember...the one who didn't want to fix her gap), or get braces. You CAN'T fix it without either one of them. I suggest you put a down payment and make monthly payments afterwards.

2.) NOOOOOOOO. Do NOT file it yourself. You shouldn't do ANYTHING by yourself. I'm gonna say one thing, if you have problems with your teeth, you can't do it yourself...you HAVE to go to the dentist. And if it bugs you so much go to a dentist that will fix it for you since yours said you don't need to fix it. Also, chips/cavities gives you bad breath...so fix it IF you can.

3.) I'd suggest Crest Whitestrips Premium. But the difference between them are the days it takes for your teeth to get white.

Well, for the gap, braces would be the way to go. You can talk to your dentist about veneers which would actually fix all of these problems, though. It would fill in the gap, whiten, and fix the chip. It's cosmetic, though, and you should not try and do any filing yourself. Crest Whitestrips work as well for just whitening.

a cheaper way to fix a gap is to ask your dentist about a retainer (still pricy, but way better than braces) chip, i dont know. yellow-- aqua fresh trays work (crest slips, dont waste your money) but id reccomend armon hammer advance white toothpaste, it works well, but you gotta get used to the taste
