My blood pressure is 175 over 103 and I think the biggest culprits are salt and alcohol. I f I give up booxe and cut right down on salt how long will it take for my blood pressure to come down?. Can I expect it to come down straight away, well, after say aweek of giving up the booze?. Thanks. Also are there any effective alternetive remedies I could try to help. Again thanks.

i am a 27 year old girl who suffers wit anerexia but not to bad i have been having chest pains and waking during the night needing tolite and feeling sick, yesrerday i had this bad pain in chest and my head and arms went numb and legs. i went all cold and clammey and felt like i was gonna faint i went to the hosp and they told it it was panic. today i am feeling really weak and keep having the same symptoms, am i having heart failure or are the doctors right, i had an ecg and it came bak o.k. i am scared im gonna die. any advice please

Im still pretty slender and I want to stay that way but is there anyway I can pump my legs and butt up so there can be bigger and more muscular?? So I can have a more of a curvy shape, slim up top but curvy at the bottom??? Please help,leave any tips u have..thanks!

i had an interview today and they want me to take a drug test anytime this week. the thing is, is that i smoked weed a couple times last week and ate a little piece like an idiot. if i drink lots of water until like thursday or wednesday, do you think that i can pass the test? or what will happen if i fail the test? i know i did something stupid and i wish people would try not to rub that in my face. i appreciate all answers that help though, thank you for answering my question.

Hi

I live alone which can be a struggle and lonely some times, I split up with long term financee a couple of years back. Since then I had small relationships which have ended up in heart ache, guess I know how to pick em lol.

My confidence is very low and I am feeling very low, bit lonely also I guess espeically at weekends. I recently started seeing this women its now a couple of months in, and found out on xmas eve she done the dirty on me.

Does anyone else have a rough few years like this, does it get better and all work out for the best in the end? I feel like giving up, sick of going to work coming home to empty house and getting hurt in relationships.

I hate being by myself and on my own.

I've been shaking for no reason lately

not very often
maybe once a week at the most...
and it lasts about 10 minutes maybe

last night i was at the movies and i shook for almost the whole movie (which was pretty distracting) and i stopped when it was over and it gave me a headache

but it seems to happen when I'm tired and on the computer

i can stop it but only if i think "ok deep breaths" then breathe deep, but as soon as i stop doing that it starts again

it doesn't hurt, it just gets annoying and like i said, after doing it for a while it gave me a headache

ok i just started my first period on christmas. it is now gone, but instead i get a dark dark brown (almost black) gooey stuff thats like a booger texture...and it dries to be very hard and it smells very very bad. i dont get much of it, but im scared. im not sexually active, and i dont do druggs.

I have been on medication for 12 years for my thyroid problem. I NEVER have any energy. I am always tired. Energy drinks, coffee, sugar just mask the problem. I've tried vitamins, energy pills, everything. This disease has stopped my from doing so much. I'm only getting older. Any suggestions would be a great help to me.

I'm 15, female, 5"7 and I want to be either 5"9 or 5"10. I heard on a good website that it is esential that you get a certain amount of sleep to increase your growth by a half an inch or a full inch, but they wouldn't say how much sleep you needed because they wanted me to buy their book.

Friends of my parents live many blocks from us. They are away most of the time so they said my and my sisters can use their backyard pool. When we go over, since they are not home, their house is locked, we can't get to the bathroom to pee.

Earlier I asked where we could pee and people suggested to pee in the yard. What is the best place?

I have been on ortho tricylcen lo for around 6 months. I have always been a steady weight but , since starting the pill I have gained 10-15 pounds which is frustrating because before I started taking it I had just lost almost all of my baby weight. The weird thing about the weight gain is that it does not appear to be allover like when people normally gain weight. It is in basically just my stomach and thighs. The weight gain in my stomach is horrible.My stomach is now round like a pregnant person. I don't understand this! I stopped taking the pill about 2 weeks ago and to my dismay it appears that my stomach is getting even larger! I am not even eating much at all! Is it possible that my body is just trying to readjust and will go back down to size? Has anyone found a good birth control pill that does not make you gain weight. I am so confused...I need a lo dose pill because my mom had a stoke...I also don't want to gain weight. Any ideas? Has any one else had problems with this pill?

i have been really dizzy lately, my boobs have gotten bigger and they are really sore. my nipples have gotten bigger too. it feels like i have gained weight. my discharge has increased, and has gotten thicker. I have been suffering with bronchitus and an upper respitory infection for 7 days and feel almost as bad today as I did when I first came down with it. I went to the doctor on the 4th day because the coughing hurt so deeply and I could barely breath. He gave me cough syrup with codeine and an inhaler to help me breath. He told me that since I was almost "done" he wouldn't give me the antibiotics. Well, I'm most certainly not almost done. My chest is on fire and when I breath I have a rattling in my chest. I feel like a wet dishrag all worn out.

In the past I've received antibiotics and was better in a day or so. Why this new take on the drug. I'm suffering but am now too sick to even drive myself to the doctor.. Any ideas about this?

I'm asking because recently my husband has started to have heartburn every day. Nothing has changed about his diet. He eats a balanced diet, is not under stress and only drinks 1 cup of coffee each morning.

So what could be causing the chronic heartburn all of a sudden?? We're puzzled!

I got a very itchy-rash allergic reaction after 2 glasses of beer, help anyone? its been 2days already...and i already took an anti-histamine but no good. :(

My respiration's alright but i developed a very very very itchy rash from my torso down to my thighs. Its so itchy (and painful in a way) that i could barely concentrate on anything. Hell..

I also noticed my skin to be a little more water-resistant when i take a bath, can't really explain it. And i get goosebumps every now and then which is very distracting and wierd.

Help anyone?
