I've been shaking for no reason lately

not very often
maybe once a week at the most...
and it lasts about 10 minutes maybe

last night i was at the movies and i shook for almost the whole movie (which was pretty distracting) and i stopped when it was over and it gave me a headache

but it seems to happen when I'm tired and on the computer

i can stop it but only if i think "ok deep breaths" then breathe deep, but as soon as i stop doing that it starts again

it doesn't hurt, it just gets annoying and like i said, after doing it for a while it gave me a headache

what.. is that
haha

thanks :)

I would definitely go see a doctor about this--it's nothing to mess around with. The symptoms you're describing could be Parksinson's (even though you are younger, it can happen) or some other neurological disease. Do you seem weak or are you just shaking? Go schedule an appointment tomorrow morning--it's best if you take care of it right away. Good luck.

I'm not sure it could be either dehydration or a drop in sugar perhaps another web site suggested that it could be the symptoms prior to a Migraine Headache.

This is probably not at all like your situation, but I'd have shaky hands, and when I tried to sleep, I'd jerk so many times, I just couldn't sleep. It turned out to be a deficiency in potassium. I take one potassium pill (from grocery store) when I feel the symptoms, and that's it. It's not good to take it every day. Only when symptoms appear.

You really need to see a doctor for this. I wish I had an answer for you, but I am not about to take a guess. I wish you well.

Wasn't it you who had the question about the guy situation? Maybe that's why you're shaking.
