also, as they say we must have 8 glasses of water/day. Is it safe to drink 4 glasses in morning and 4 in evening, all in a go?

I really can't "keep drinking" water all throughout the day.

I have recently been avoiding the freeways because I start to get dizzy and have an anxiety attack. Even in the slow lane. I feel like I am going to lose control of my car. Any ideas as to what might cause this? I am not on any meds.

I have ADHD and plan to start a family soon. I have the option to move to Germany for three years for my husband's job. We would be able to save SO much money and I could focus on just being with the baby(ies). However, I usually get bored and depressed when I'm home all alone. Plus, the ADHD means I will be much less patient than average mother. I'm worried I'd make a bad SAHM. If we stayed here in US, I could work part-time and have the best of both worlds. However, I love the idea of going to Germany but don't want to regret it. What should I do?

HELP, for about 2-3 mo. now , i have been getting a lot of very painful, charlie horses in my calfs, and a whole lot of spasams in my toes, and feet, for no apparant reasons, they hurt like all heck, and are not fast to go away! i don't know why i am getting them or how to stop them, ANY SUGGESTIOS???????

Yes, I was as relaxed as possible.
No, the doctor didn't have any answers, even though he had to STOP in the middle of the exam because I almost passed out from the pain.
I was seeing a family doctor...could it be that? Do I need to be seeing a gynecologist instead?

And if that's what it's going to feel like having sex, FORGET ABOUT IT.

I am a freshman in high school and, i am taking a health class.
My teacher told us that if you eat a less number of calories than you burn off in a day, you'll lose same weight.

Lets say i burn 2500 calories a day
A big mac is 540 calories
4 big macs is 2160 calories

Could I eat 4 big macs a day and lose weight?!

If so, why doesnt everyone do this! OMG i'm goingg to have so many girlfriends

For 2 months didn't get period. Doctor prescribed Provera and I've had heavy blood clots, cramping, weakness and fatigue 3 days in bed before my period, and 3 days with the period. Now, my period is finished and it feels like something is grinding against my ovaries and I have pelvic pain.
NOTE: I've had 2 surgeries for polyp removal in the past.
I also want to get a hysterectomy at 40 (in one year) as this debilitating periods have happened to me in the past and I can't handle it and can't work, and suffer mentally and emotionally.

I'm 17 years old and getting my gallbladder out tomorrow. Even though people are telling me how a simple of a procedure it is...I'm still nervous. But when I went for my pre-testing they asked if i smoked and when i told them yes they told me i just quit before the surgery. well okay i am quiting smoking but I can't just immediatly stop in a few days advance! And yes I have a slight smoker's cough. But will this be a problem for the surgery tomorrow?

she gets a nasty rash when she drinks milk
i want to know what is better nutritionally
soy milk or lactose free milk
and if she is allergic to milk would she also be allergic to the lactose free milk?
she has no digestive problems associated with milk.
my son was lactose intollerant for about 9 months i gave him lactose free milk

im one hell of a klutz... whenever i injure my arm on a door, my elbow on a chair, my hand on the corner of a table, my finger on a lock of some sort or whatever, i noticed that whenever my boyfriend kisses the injured body part, the pain seems to go away... is there any scientific explanation to it or is it possible that it's just all in my head?
*note: my boyfriend's not the only one who kisses my so called boo-boos... it started with my mom ever since i was a kid... and i really do feel that the pain disappears..

My uncle who has been in the hospital now since thursday for double pnemonia. First his liver shut down, and now apparently his kidneys are going as well. His bp has gone up though. Yesterday he was taken off his sedation medication but he still hasn't woken up. They are saying it's going to take a miracle but I refuse to believe this. Is there no chance at all for him? They are checking for brain I feel so guilty right now because I conributed to his alcohol use (he would ask me for money all the time). I cut him off though a week before he ended up in the hospital and I'm starting to think he did something to himself to end up here. We just now found out that he was suppose to go to court a few days ago for stealing beer but he never told us about this. We think he was too afraid too. He helped me out with so many things in life...he wasn't just some bum alcoholic. How can I feel better about this? I've never lost anyone before and we were so close..he was like the father I never had

i am contsantly worried about my body. i weigh 10st and think that i am fat. i am 5'10" , i do have a boyfriend and he thinks that i am fine the way i am.
i have now got into not eating anything all day until tea (cause i eat with my parents) and if i eat anything at school i have to chuck it up. i can feel all the food inside me and makes me feel horrible. i havent told anyone about this, i go to the gym every week and regularly walk and do sit ups at night

They are both fragrance free... eucerin contains some sort of linthon (sp) alcohol... but people said the dove cleanser is very thick....
