You are definately not fat but i understand that this is the main issue surrounding anorexics....no amount of people telling you that your slim will have any effect on how you feel mentally about yourself. you have admitted that you have problems with anorexia and now you need to look inside and find the strength to seek help medically...your doctor is there to help (if you dont find your gp to be helpful ask tobe refered to another in your practice) don't give up, you will beat your issues...you just need help to do it. good luck

first i have to congratulate you for being brave and asking people. the first step is adnitting it so well done.
tell your family and bf if you havent already. i know it will be uncomfortable and horrible, but you will feel SOOO much better afterwards. they'll really help you as well.
i would go see your doctor. he can help you talk to a nutrition and deal with it. and just try think of yourself as thin. look in the mirror and say to yourself ' im gorgeous'. even if you dont believe it yet it will still help.
good luck, i really hope i helped.

if you are in the Uk contact the eating disorders association..you will find them online..see your gp and ask for a referral to a specialist..this is a serious and potentially fatal illness..it's not about food or weight..it's about control and it will take over your mind and control you. you need help and you realise it so that's a great first step..but it will take more and you must work towards your recover everyday. Please see your doctor before you get admitted to hospital..bulimia kills more than anorexia and you can die while vomiting..you don't want to be found like that..slumped over a toilet in a pool of blood do you? get in touch with them tonight.

go get help.
talk to your parents, or a teacher (yes I know... everyone says why on earth would anyone talk to a teacher, but I do, and I'm so glad I do. my teacher is absolutely wonderful =D.)
it might be hard to talk to anyone about it at first, but please please please, you need help! you're NOT fat (judging by your weight/height) purging is very bad for you, and you know it.
oh, and eating breakfast is vital if you're trying to lose weight.
(I used to skip breakfast, but I started eating breakfast again and I'm actually losing weight faster than before now. and you don't look too pale during the day if you eat something for breakfast.)

i was anorexic so understand how hard it is. i know it sounds so scary but you have to get help. if you don't want your parents to know, you can still see a counsellor without them knowing. or you can tell them, and get them to support you. if you don't know where to start, you can go to the doctors and explain, and they will help.
