For 2 months didn't get period. Doctor prescribed Provera and I've had heavy blood clots, cramping, weakness and fatigue 3 days in bed before my period, and 3 days with the period. Now, my period is finished and it feels like something is grinding against my ovaries and I have pelvic pain.
NOTE: I've had 2 surgeries for polyp removal in the past.
I also want to get a hysterectomy at 40 (in one year) as this debilitating periods have happened to me in the past and I can't handle it and can't work, and suffer mentally and emotionally.

Based on your symptoms you may be dealing with endometriosis. There are a number of things that can be done to help with treating endometriosis. I would recommend getting back in touch with your gynecologist to see what they think could be going on.
