Yes!!

Your weight is all about a balance - if you eat more energy than you use then your weight goes up
If you eat the same as you use, your seight stays constant
If you eat less than you use then your weight goes down

Now, if your beer drinking doenst increase your energy intake above what you use then your weight should drop. Simple

Obviously Ill be a bit sensible here and suggest that you eat sensible food and perhaps cut the portion sizes down (tocompensate for the beer). Perhaps you could also do with taking a vitmamin pill with your meals too (and meals I dont mean Kebab). Oh - Kebabs dont count, if you can drink and not get a snack after then you will be doing well and that will help with your problem

But generally if you know what you are drinking and can compensate for it foodwise then its OK

the odds of that happening are slim.

women have naturally low testosterone production (1/10 that of the average man). alcohol decreases testosterone production and the amount of circulating androgens in the blood. this causes a decrease in the metabolic rate, which obviously impeded fat loss. regular consumption of alcohol also dehydrates the muscle cell, further decreasing fatty acid oxidation. alcohol also disrupts the sleep cycles. 60% of growth hormone is release at night during sleep. alcohol decreases GH release which is the most powerful fat burning substance that the body produces.

if you want to loose your tummy you need to cut the drinking down to 1-2 drinks a week. alcohol has a very pronounced negative effect on the endocrine system in many ways.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

you should try just drinking hard alchol for a while, it has a lot of calories too but it'll get you there in far less calories than beer will.

in moderation, yes. when people watch calories, they tend to forget the calories in alcohol. so put it on your calorie list. also, the suds may make you a little bloated.
