The secret is you will lose weight quickly but as soon as you stop you gain it back with those diet scam books.
The real secret is replace soda and other high calorie drinks with water. Portion control use a scale to weigh food if you have too. Exercise at least 20 mins a day. A brisk walk after dinner every night while the dishwasher runs through a cycle works for me. Limit junk food and replace it with fresh fruit or veggies (raw foods burn more calories just being digested) Talk to your doctor before you start any new diet plan!

You are in for a huge surprise when the rain of everyday standards comes pouring down on you. This diet is the worst thing I have ever heard of. You can't lose weight "FAST" it takes hard work and dedication. It's not about flushing the unsightly goop off, it's about making your body healthy again. (Not saying you're unhealthy to begin with. You could be much worse.) Anyone who loses 50 pounds in 3 weeks would look like a holocaust survivor. If not, then they lied about their initial weight. Just a nice 10 pound difference makes people glow and look great. And even 10 pounds is a big achievement in ONE month. And any woman who reads "how to" books on obtaining boyfriends is equally as ridiculous as this horrible diet. Join Curves or take a fun kick boxing class at the YMCA. That will help a hell of a lot better than greasy potato chips and "more dinner" whatever the hell that food content truly means.

Burn more calories than you eat. That is the only way that actually will work for a lifetime. There are some tricks that can lead to short term weight loss but they usually rebound in you gaining more than you lost later on.

Very regular exercise is not that hard once you get into it. Do a group exercise program. Those are easier to stick with because you have the support of the other people there.

THe secret is that almost every diet out there is geared toward one thing only and it's not to help you lose weight. Profit. Money. Mulah. I suggest you read Kevin Trudeau's books. He shed a lot of light on what is really going on in the diet and drug industries.

The reason is their plan is so complicated that even someone with great will power could not follow it. You need to eat less fat, eat more vegetables, eat less sugar, eat more protein. But in general, you are probably eating too much. Find activities that will take your mind off food. And don't think you can do a little light exercise and the pounds will melt away. Exercise will probably make you hungrier, so do it, but decrease the intake at the same time.

One secret- if you want to read the book and not pay for it, check out your local library. They just may have it and you can borrow it for free!!

But there really is no secret to weight loss. Eat right, in moderation, and exercise.

Whatever they are selling is a scam.
There is no secret - eat less and exercise more. Easy, isn't it? A half hour a day and you can fit into whatever clothes you want before end of next year.

the secret to losing weight is you have to take in fewer calories than you use.
it's very simple. count the calories. there are other things that help a little but it all comes down to that.
