If you are not used to exercise, dizziness can be normal. You might want to check with your doctor just to be sure.
If 10 minutes is all you can handle at the moment, then 10 minutes is just fine. You will be able to work up to more, it is all about building up your stamina. I used to walk/run every other day. The first day I could barely run for 2-3 minutes straight without having to take a break to walk. After a few times I gradually was able to keep going longer and longer, and eventually I was able to run almost my whole route (about 45 mins) without stopping! Don't get discouraged, just keep at it and increase your time each day, even if it is just a couple extra minutes. Make every accomplishment something epic and you will feel amazing!
Good Luck!

If that's all you can do right now, then yes. Also, it can be normal to feel a little off-balance or light headed, it's basically a lack of oxygen! Drink plenty of water and eat at least 1-2 hours before you workout. Also, take it easy with exercise. You may be able to exercise longer if you don't push yourself so hard during those 10 minute exercise sessions. Try giving spurts of 15 second intervals where you push yourself then slow down to only being just barely out of breath, but not where your lungs are on fire, when you feel as though you've caught your breath hang out there for a few minutes 3-5 minutes, then push yourself for another 15 seconds, repeat this. If all you can do is still 10 minutes, then keep up the great work and add more time as the weeks go by. Don't miss too many days in between working out as this will decrease your wind. Good Luck!

you should NEVER push yourself when you are new to exercise. always start with what you can handle and month by month add a little more to it in order to challenge yourself and reach your long term exercise duration goals. slow and steady wins the race when it comes to this! you should not feel dizzy afterwards and this could be a sign that you aren't eating enough (1400-1800cal a day), haven't been getting enough sleep (7-8 hours a night), breathing too shallowly (in which case you must work on taking in deep breaths while you exercise) and or it means you are dehydrated. 90% of people are walking around chronically dehydrated so this is a likely cause. be conscious of your water intake and don't substitute tea, coffee, juice or soda for water intake because they don't count towards it. try drink 8-16oz of water (1-2cups) every 2-3 hours during the day whether you are feeling thirsty or not. by the time you feel thirsty you are already pretty dehydrated so this is not an accurate gauge. hope this helps! :)

In most men, premature ejaculation occurs infrequently and isn't usually a cause for worry. However, if it occurs too often and ends up plaguing your sex life, it can very well be a cause for concern. Techniques to delay premature ejaculation https://tr.im/CEMep
Studies have shown that premature ejaculation has a direct relationship with age. As men grow older and testosterone levels drop with age, premature ejaculation most likely sets in.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/5f271

if your endurance is that low then you need to walk daily for 30+ minutes until you can exercise longer.
