My partner and I are currently on medication for the treatment of Chlamydia. We both started the same day and are close to being half way through our seven day prescription. We had unprotected sex and are not sure how this will affect our treatment. Is it possible that we will not be cured now?

Really? WHY do we grow hair all under our armpits and all over our genitals? What good does it do?
When people havent shaved their underarms, all you get is stronger B.O. So what gives?

my friend is on social secuity disability and has Medicare health insurance, her daughter is on Minnesota Care, right now things are ok cause she is about $60 under the line of making to much for her daughter to be on the Minnesota care, from what I understand if she got a job and made that extra money each month she would go over the limit and her daughter would be cut off, I am also on social security disability and I know that the amount we get goes up every year, in a few years when the amount she gets from social security is more than the limit will her daughter be cut off or does that only count if she makes the extra money working? Sorry if this does'nt make sense, I can't think of how to word it.

I am a very paranoid person and have never hd a fever blister/oral herpes on my lip before. Well 2 days ago I got a small what looked like pimple but did not have a whitehead right at the top of my lip. I decided to squeeze it but seemed to make it more inflamed. It is very small hardly noticeable at all and not noticeable with makeup. Does this sound like oral herpes or just a pimple?? What does the fever blister usually look like and does it get bigger as the days go on? This had stayed the same size.

I am 12 years old and I am depressed. I got all D's and two C's on my report card, I have no friends, my teachers are horrific, my school counselor does not like me at all, and my parents just do not understand, and I have been trying to help them understand. I am sick of school and life. I am also fat and ugly. I havw an urge to slit my wrists, I think about it EVERYDAY, but I am scared to slit them. I need help. What should I do?

I've noticed that some places are selling the large Motrin 300 caplet bottles. It seems to me that they are trying to promote buying this large amount of pills, which seems to be unsafe and may help people commit suicide...My questions are..

Can someone actually commit suicide from all these pills?

Why would they want to promote selling this large quantity?

I personally believe they should not sell these large bottles because it seems like too much of quantity.

I don't know why they want to sell this large amount...but I think they should reduce it.

-I do NOT have a runny nose
-I do have a tendency to cough, and when I do (mostly if I haven't coughed for a while OR when I wake up and before bed)
-It does NOT hurt when I swallow
-I do cough up mucus or whatnot, but I can't spit it out (can inly swallow)
-I can breathe fine and can play basketball or such accordingly. -My voice is maybe 18% altered, but doesn't hurt when I speak.
-Sometimes hurt when I cough in throat and a little below.

I've been taking: Probiotics, apple cider vinegar, wellness pills, omega 3's, and chlorella generously. These symptoms literally developed overnight on Wednesday to Thursday. I sneezed on Tuesday night, and a whole bunch of mucus came out. Wednesday night I breathed in some deodorant too long and coughed it out...ever since that, I've had the symptoms, but remember that sneeze and mucus the night before. Any ideas?

i am 33 year old, 312 pounds, 6'1 tall. Last year i lost 60 -70 pounds i was about 360. I gain several pounds back. I noticed i'm not losing the weight like i was last year. its been three weeks now, i get on the treadmill Monday, Tuesday, weds, thursday and Sunday for about 45 minutes, Incline 5.0 and speed is 3.3. Does anyone have any advice ? Thanks

Today I received some bad news. I found out that my grandmother might possibly pass away soon. She's been sick for some time and now her condition has gotten worse in the last couple of weeks. When I got the news, I was extremely upset (a normal reaction). I know it's never easy to lose a loved one. Right now, I feel as if my world might fall apart and quite frankly, I realized that I don't know how to deal with such an unavoidable and common thing as death. My grandmother actually helped raise me.

I've experienced the deaths of relatives before but never no one so close. I fear being unable to function and guilt that I haven't been able to spend as much time with her as I would've liked in her later years (we live far apart).

Another thing is that I lack a support system to get me through hard times. Whenever I experience a let down of some sort, I suffer alone. I don't know what to do right now! Please offer me some advice on grieving and dealing with this situation

My back never hurts me, unless someone presses on the lower part of it. Then it feels like they are hitting something, and the pain that I feel literally takes my breath away. As soon as they stop pressing on it, the pain goes away. It is only in this one spot that this happens, and it's an area about the size of a quarter. It feels like maybe there is something there about the size of a grape, but I cannot be sure. Has anybody else ever had this happen?

I have had a lot of trouble with my boyfriend in the past. Two weeks ago, I broke up with him but we got right back together. I feel like he was controlling and I don't love him any more. When he is around I feel irritated and when he tries to talk about us or how upset he is with me I just want to leave. When I try to leave he physically restrains me and I go crazy. He thinks that I have a mental illness (or, as he says, "something is really wrong") and that is why I am so irritable and weird. I think that I am just not in love with him and because he has treated me badly in the past I can't deal with him, but that there is nothing wrong with me except POSSIBLY depression. I do know that I can't deal with him but I don't want to get rid of him if I can start enjoying being with him by getting treatment. Help!

I usually have this pain in my hand (& fingers) that numbs them completely to the point where I cannot grab a pen but it is mild so I don't pay attention just shake it and let it by.
A couple of days ago I had it again but this time it was a bit strong, in the middle of school..I couldn't write properly and the pain lasted 3 hours. This time it numbed my ring and little finger.
I got home and told a relative and she said that I might be getting carpal tunnel..because she used to have those pains..Ive looked the symptoms and it doesn't seem to be the same.
Could it be serious?
