You can not honestly think that there is a fast weight lost anything. The so called diet pills, are not safe. No, it is best to lose the weight thru making healthier food choices and exercising. Drinking lots of water.

Running!! But it will take a while, yu'll notice u will tone up the first few weeks then you will drop the weight really quick but im tlkin about doing at least 5 miles a day.

There is no such thing as fast weight loss. If you starve yourself, lessen food intake beyond the calories required to sustain your body, you may lose the weight and do irrepairable harm to your system.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
