For Aerobic exercise there is two best times in 24houres
First Best is:- 6:00am
Second Best is:- 6:00pm
In addition to that try not to have a full stomach before doing any Aerobic exercise, do drink sufficient amount of water as it also helps speed up your metabolism.
Last but not least keep a good emotional wellbeing

Before is best. Your energy usage is still high 30-60 minutes after exercising.
Eat something small before exercising such as a celery stick w/ PB or a piece of wheat toast and margarine before working out to get a small metabolism boost.

Well, the weight always comes off easiest at the beginning (I have about 20 lbs to go and they are being very stubborn). And three weeks isn't really long enough to tell. Look at your eating. Exercise helps, but you have to change your eating habits, too. Keep a food diary (pain in the butt, I know, but it works). Try to walk faster...or do faster intervals. Google "interval training" for tips -- it helps to burn more calories but having intervals of more intense exercise during your workout.
Good luck!

I would get on before dinner. I would also join a gym if I were you. Some even have personal trainers, there to work with you. They have a variety of equipment, there are plenty of treadmills, and elliptical bikes, and weights to work with. They have Pilate's and all types of classes for you. They will get you fit, and where you need to be. Not, to mention nutrition health eating choices, and drinking lots of water.

about an hour befor dinner is the best , youll be eating when your metabolism is the highest.
congrats on the weight you have lost and for taking a positive step for yourself. 60-70 is a big accomplishment and to still be going strong is an even bigger one. i hope you are proud of yourself , you should be!

I would do it before dinner because you'll nomally get stomach cramps treadmilling after a couple of minutes meaning that you'll not want to exercise. Also, you're hungery before dinner so you're burning up calories for energy so if you used your treadmill before dinner you would probably burn more calories than after dinner because after dinner you're also using your food calories that you just gained.

It is definitely healthier to get on before dinner. Your body really needs to properly rest and digest after a meal. After a good workout you won't feel like eating too much either.

BEFORE. Always, always exercise BEFORE you eat. You should eat within an hour after exercise, but wait at least TWO HOURS after eating to let the food digest. Same reason your mom told you not to go swimming for at least half an hour after eating.

It doesn't matter really as long as you digested everything or else like anything else you will get cramps. It may be your diet or sleeping habits. My best tips are DO NOT EVER eat before bed time allow a 3-4 hour waiting period before your last meal and sleep. Good luck!
