What exactly is your question? Side effects? Does it work?
My husband takes 20 mg daily, and he suffered from the side effects of nausea and dizziness for about 2 weeks. If you continue to take it, the side effects end, and you'll see a big difference in how you feel. My husband no longer suffers from anxiety attacks, or depression. It changed his life.

That's the normal dose. Talk to your Doctor or prescribing physician (if you don't have a psychiatrist) about the side effects that are bothering you.
