If you specialize in any sports, practice with friends. One that worked for me was juicing vegetables and adding my favorite fruits with milk.

Working out with friends is always the best way, because sometimes when you know someone, you can get testy and compete, which does get the job done better.

How muscles work:

When you work out, you stretch your muscles and sometimes they break, and you get minor sores, or most of the time it doesn't effect you. When you go to bed, the muscles build back up stronger so you are able to do it better a second time. If you stretch your muscles enough, eventually it will pay off.

My brother also uses energy shakes and has lots of meat.

strong as have muscle than you have to go for weight lifting. strong as you are very weak and not heathy, eat more vitamin.
