My partner and I are currently on medication for the treatment of Chlamydia. We both started the same day and are close to being half way through our seven day prescription. We had unprotected sex and are not sure how this will affect our treatment. Is it possible that we will not be cured now?

You would think that since you are both being treated, it wouldn't matter. But that being said, keep your pants on to prevent reinfection anyway.

I would more concerned about where the chlamydia came from. One of you got it from a previous partner. I would be contacting recent sexual partners. It would be embarrassing, but maybe keep them from spreading the disease to others.
