Question for those who have had oral herpes/fever blister on lip?

I am a very paranoid person and have never hd a fever blister/oral herpes on my lip before. Well 2 days ago I got a small what looked like pimple but did not have a whitehead right at the top of my lip. I decided to squeeze it but seemed to make it more inflamed. It is very small hardly noticeable at all and not noticeable with makeup. Does this sound like oral herpes or just a pimple?? What does the fever blister usually look like and does it get bigger as the days go on? This had stayed the same size.

I do have a cold and had one a few days befroe i noticed this but have had pimples near this area before i just noticed them to have a whitehead

Probably herpes - and you can give this to another person either on the mouth or the genitals - so oral is out until you're clear

It will be a pimple, the fever blisters hurt or sting, and you would feel the difference. The fever blister would begin to peel after a few days, and go dry too. It might not get bigger, but the do tend to spread if you touch it, therefore spreading it to your fingers then other parts of your mouth.

Don't worry, it's more than likely just a pimple!

A fever blister hurts, scabs over, and takes 7-10 days to disappear.

omg oral herpes isn't a big deal at all. it sounds like that's what u have and u can still give it to people if u don't have any sign of it just by letting people drink after you and stuff. this is how i gave it to all my friends XP but i only get a soar like once or twice a year and it's not that bad.
