Whenever I eat baked potatoes, sometime afterwards I get sharp, stabbing twinges of hunger (except it feels weirder than that), and I start to feel lightheaded and shakey and ill and weak, and sometimes I tremble slightly and feel kind of like I might pass out. If I then eat something heavy and nonstarchy, like baked beans, it goes away. Mashed or fried potatoes sometimes make me feel a little bit like this, but just a little bit.
What's wrong with me?
By the way, I also can't be filled up by anything with a lot of carbohydrates, like pasta or bread or whatever.
I always find that no matter how much I eat for dinner, at the end of the day I feel hungry and its not sated unless I eat a can of beans, unless dinner had lots of beans. Yes, my roommates have complained. I have no idea why this is.
