Help with face pimple?

One night i was scratching my forehead and this one thing came out of one of my pimples. It was 1 cm long 1 mm wide and 1mm tall. it was hard and hollow it had this yellow stuff in it. What was it?

Bacteria. Go to a dermatologist and get some acne medication.

probably a mega zit. The yellow stuff is pus. I have a bad habit of popping this zits, i think its fun. But you shouldnt pop, it will lead to scarring. Just wash your face daily, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, exericse daily, and youll be lookin great
