i scratched off this thing on my nose, not quite sure what it is but its like a very small crater up close, and when i scratched it off, i saw a red blood spot and i squeezed it and blood came out in a dilute red form. can someone tell me what this is and what to do about it? it doesnt really hurt whatsoever when i touch it but the appearance is unsightly as it looks like a red dot on my nose. someone help please.

Clean it and put an antibiotic ointment on it. Don't keep scratching the top off and it will go away. Doesn't sound like a zit to me....................

Sounds like a zit. Since you already popped it (and I'm sure it feels better now), just leave it alone. The redness and swelling will go away after a few days. If it doesn't, call your doctor.

Its either a pimple or a boil. Lets hope its not the latter.
