I have come to realize that if I don't eat breakfast I can lose weight, or otherwise not gain any weight. When I was eating breakfast, I would gain weight - this was happening when I was 16 years old. Since then, I am only having for breakfast a glass of multivitamins, and sometimes (once a month for 10 days in a row) B12 pills, and again sometimes I still take some fortifying honey tincture. I am 24 now, do you think I'm past the adolescent weight gain problem?
