Me and and my boyfriend haven't had sex yet, but he fingered me and during that time I felt a sharp pain and later when I had to pee a little bit of skin (or so I think) came out and I was bleeding slightly. Did my hymen break?

Yes, it's possible that the hymen could have broken but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation because some of these symptoms can also indicate infection.

Sounds like it, but it may not be completely broken. If it is it is nothing to worry about.
