Ive been having this really tight, very uncomfortable feeling in my throat, almost feeling like there is pressure being applied. The only relief I get is to force a belch or burp which comes from deep down and usually has a "hollow" sound. I guess its sort of "gassy" but what is the relation to my bothered throat. What is the cause of this and what can I do to not suffer from this anymore.

Ok this may sound weird, but whenever I turn my computer off at night, that same night I have nightmares and I don't know why. I usually just leave it on 24/7 but sometimes my dad tells me to turn it off to save electricity. So whenever I turn it off theres dead silence in my room and somehow I have nightmares... can anyone help?

My mother is in a-fib and normal heart rate monitors
or blood rate monitors do not give an accurate heart
rate. The EKG machine that her doctor uses is able
to but it costs $12,000. Is there anything out there
under $3000 that would give accurate heart rate readings
for an atrial-fibrilation patient?

Ok I have been taking Yaz, the last pill I took was on Wednesday and I still haven't gotten my period. My question is if I haven't gotten it by tomorrow should I start taking my pills tomorrow or not? Im confused b/c Yaz has more pills so your period will be shorter which mine was already short but now it is taking forever for my period to come.

I have a mental illness and I am very scared that once I have children I will make there lives very complicated. I want a child more then words can say, I work with children all the time (I work in Pediatrics), and I know I have the ability to be wonderful with them. Does anyone else have mental health issues and they have childeren? I need some advice.

My daughter has already had chickenpox about a year ago and now there's another outbreak of chickenpox in the school and she has got a few spots around her face and one or two on her body that do look like chickenpox but I was told that you can only get them once. I am really worried as I am pregnant and heard it was dangerous to be in contact with chickenpox.

About Provera!.. I took it last year, and I started my cycle.. but haven't had one since. Now they are starting me on it again! I am also taking Metformin along with Provera( Metformin for insulin resistance.) .. I haven't got any symptoms from Provera so far( yay).. does anyone have any information or a personal experince with Provera? I have lost 40 lbs since the last time I took it.. so I am hoping I can continue cycles on my own. Has anyones cycle continued natrually after using Provera?

iv heard that women who had given birth before will not have any more period cramps. I find it half-true because i used 2 have very bad cramps during my periods. But now since iv gave birth, iv none of them already! But some of the people that i knew, some of them still have and some of them also like me, no more cramps! What about you women? And if its true, do any1 of u knows that how come the cramps will stop?

about asking for the time off to allow for the appointment (cause the doc can't see you on evenings or weekends)... How much detail can your boss ask you RE: your appointment..?? Can they ask you what kinda of doctor ur seein and what ur seein them for or what...?? okay so right now i weigh about 209 =( and i hate it i feel so ugly and i probally look it too >.< but all my friends say oh you dont look 209 blah blah whatever anyways i want to lose 49 pounds by april 19 ....which means i have to lose like 8 pounds a month for 6 months . and i just dont know how my mom wont sign me up for a gym because "im trying to fit in with society" and my friends wont help because im "fine just how i am" and i have to do it on my own i guess...so i wanted to know is this a good workout and does anyone have suggestions =)

-100 jumping jacks [every mon.wends.fri.sun]
-30 mins dancing [every tues.thurs.sat.]
-30 pushups [till i can do more]
-100 crunches [every other day]
-30 lunges &&
-30 side reaches [gr love handles]
okay thats pretty much it :/ i DONT over eat =[ im just really inactive and im trying to change that and yeah =[

Ok I used a condom, but the last five minutes I did not. Now I am seeing some symptons of something. My Lymph Node is swollen and I have a rash on the left side of my hip. I work with children everyday in a daycare. I thought, and hope, that it is just rubella. I haven't got my blood test and according to my doctor the rash is herpes something(not the genital one)All she did is look at ii so im a little in doubt of her judgement. Every morning when I get up, there is this big burning round ball thingie on the horizon. Sometimes it starts out kinda orange, but then it raises up into the sky, turns all yellow, and then whenever I go outside, it's still there above me, like it's watching me or something. Freakin' me out, man! And it makes things around here really hot too. Kinda rude, ya know, because then I gotta go turn on the air conditioner and that gets expensive.

But then later in the day it starts to sink lower and lower, gets kinda orange again, until finally it disappears beyond the horizon. Then's it gets all dark and creepy outside and crickets start to chirp. What the heck was that big 'ol orange-yellow thingie? And where does it go when it gets dark? It sure is persistent though because it seems to come back EVERY frickin' DAY! Harumph.... I tried throwing a rock at it, but it was too far away. Damn...I guess it will always remain a mystery, huh...
