I need to gain muscle everywhere on my body except belly, where I need to lose some fat (probably 5 pounds). What should I do? I'm not a vegetarian but prefer vegetarian diet.

I am in good health but need to know what vitamins I should be taking to better myself. I know I should take a multi-vitamin daily but is there anything else I should take? My goal here is to be as healthy as I possibly can, not to lose weight or anything like that. I appreciate your answers.

She used to model a few years ago. Anyhow, she has a hard time finding clothes to fit her, especially the tops. Sometimes her back hurts her. She is seriously considering having a breast reduction. Has anyone out there ever had one? She is very disgusted already sometimes she cries. Serious answers only from women. She is 25 years old. Thank you.

The absess is towards my front teeth. I went to the dentist and he wanted to remove the tooth because my insurance would not pay for a rooot canal. You see I was not born with some teeth and it is a 11 in the area a 7 or 5 should be. (LOL I think that is right on the number) My top 3rd tooth.
Well being vain and not having the cash to pay a root canal I have been holding off.
Now I have a fever and my throat is swollen and it is very swollen under my chin. I have a sinus infection to top it off.
I know because I have allways been prone to them.
I have had this absess for over 6 months. And not on any meds for it.
With it going into my lymph nodes should I go to the ER or just wait till next week to be seen for antibiotics?

I know it is crazy to have waited this long.

I put on some acrylic nails last night, because they're the only thing that keep me from chewing my nails, and now my thumb, right under my nail, is bruised and a dark red color. It has a throbbing pain, and is warm. It started hurting last night, about an hour after I was done, but I didn't think anything about it because I'm very klutzy, and always have random aches and bruises showing up. What could be wrong? It's going to be impossible to get these nails off, I can't take the pain of ripping them off, and my natural nails would probably come with them, causing more damage to my finger.

I was diagnosed with bronchitis(acute) tuesday, got meds and cough medicine. I had sinusitis two weeks before that, which I guess turned into bronchitis. I've never had it before, but I've had upper respiratory infections, dozens of sinus infections, etc. I've had bronchitis since sometime last week and worked thursday, friday, and saturday night. I was off work this thursday, took off yesterday, but not sure if I should go in today, I haven't improved much, still coughing, feeling achy, and running a slight temp, sometimes woozy?(meds?). I wouldn't worry about going to work, but i'm a waitress. Help!.

Ever heard of a 90 year old 7'?
My grandparents are all below 6'. Almost every old person I come across is on the shorter side of the average height,
and by old i mean 80 years plus. I know that at some point after you've stopped growing, you get shorter due to cartilage resorption or something like that. But that can't account for more than 2 inches loss in height, can it?
Is it possible that some heights are more biologically stable than others? and if so, why? and which height is the most stable?

I was in for a routine cleaning, and after the hygenist finished, the dentist did her usual 'checkup'. At one point, she told the hygenist to write down a particular tooth to check for 'next time'. She then proceeded to tell me I had a 'tiny' cavity on one tooth that she'd need to watch, and that with diligent brushing (which I already do) it might just 'go away'. I'd never heard that before. Is it really possible that once decay has begun it can actually be thwarted? I was under the impression that once a tooth began decay, it's continued deterioration was inevitable, but I'm not a dentist of course. Could any practicing dentists please comment on this? Should I ditch this quack and go somewhere that'll be more honest with me, or is she right?

This is my 13th year of teaching. Here it is, late October, and I STILL haven't managed to learn everyone's name. This has never happened before. I'm not having problems with any other part of my memory (that I know of). I'm 39 years old -- could this just be part of the aging process? Or something scary, like early-onset Alzheimer's?

I just to also freak out about dieing when I was younger, but now I am resurred that I'm going to heaven. You get in those moments where you feel like you wouldn't mind dieing, whether its because your life sucks at that point in time or because of any other reason. But when you get to a point in time that you could die, suddenly you dont's want to. For me, I've always hated flying. It scares me to death (not really lol). When we experience terbulance, i always freak out and sit in my chair so still and pray to God I won't die. Why is it that we think we're ready, but sometimes we never are?

So, are you afraid to die?

Any life changing moments?

What's your opinion?
