IF YOU WANT IT GONE IN ONE WEEK, SEE A DENTIST.
WHY?
THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO.
WHY?
THE DEPOSIT IS INSIDE THE ENAMEL AND THE ONLY THING TO DO FOR IT IS TO HAVE IT DRILLED OUT AND A TOOTH-COLORED FILLING PUT IN ITS PLACE.

NEVER, EVER USE ACTUAL HOUSEHOLD BLEACH. IT'S A POISON AND WILL CAUSE YOU GREAT HARM.

I would contact a dentist and get a good cleaning done, also have them whitened by the dentist. That should get your teeth to become more uniform, however never, ever put bleach or white out on your teeth...all that will do it cause your teeth to become unhealthy and possibly cause them to deteriorate....Your teeth have pores just like your skin and to bleach them or put basically a form of paint on them is only going to cause harm

I wouldn't be putting bleach in my mouth...
If you wanted to though, I'd dip a qtip in the bleach and just rub it on the tooth.
