I love ice cream, but i need to stop eating sooo much of it.

there's nothing healthy that is as good as ice cream, sorry to say.

even the frozen yogurts are empty calories, and offer virtually no health benefits.

if you like fruit, you might enjoy a mixed berry medley with some pineapple juice poured on top. there's a lot of sugar in pineapple, so be careful.

Well, this isn't neccessarily good for you, but Skinny Cow ice cream is very tasty & doesn't have that many calories and if I remember correctly, it doesn't use sugar.

Healthy food...
If you like fruit, that's an easy way to sub that as a dessert. I love fruit. <3

There's sugar free ice creams, sherbert's actually a healthier alternative, and frozen yogurt is just as good . .

Frozen fruit sorbet!! Just make it with Splenda instead of sugar (or buy the sugar-free kind). Or fat-free frozen yougurt.

i agree with the skinny cow suggestion. they taste like regular ice cream sandwiches and they are not bad at all for you.

Why not eat yougurt? I absolutly love the yoplaid whips chocolate cherry yougurt.

have low fat frozen yogurt instead...but even this needs to be eaten in moderation just like everything else
