no i dont watch tv ,but am writing to warn you about the meds. the drs. are putting us women on for our bones & you are at the right age .PLEASE when the dr. does talk to you about your bones ,do a lot of research .i took boniva for 7 mo. & was almost crippled,the pain in my lower back & both hips was terrible ,have never had such pain, that nothing stopped& i am 60 yrs.old .theres a site askapatient .com/boniva & healthdiaries.com/boniva ,407 women have posted on askapatientwith terrible side effects ,healthdiaries has just started .fosamax lawsuits will scare you to death ,check it out .fosamax is causing jaw rot .i have been off boniva for 1yr.&5mo. am lots better but am still on pain meds.these pills stay in our bodies for 10 yrs. so good luck & do a lot of research befor you decide to or not to take any of these meds. bestgrandma316@yahoo.com

hi I know I am going to spell this wrong...........its called yamaya..........its a yeast based tablet...........boots etc have them and they do the ad on tv as it stops flushing
