Go to yr dentist immediatley. U may have an infection. Brush yr teeth, but with no salt until wound is healed. Instead of brushing with salt, gurgle salt water. Much better 4 u.

Baking Soda is the natural substance used prior to invention of toothpaste. Why not use that instead.
