Kinda, yeah.Having a clean mouth gives you more confidence along with the way you look and such.
Without confidence...you have nothing,no good relationships with friends...

Depending on how you mean the question........

A woman in my family has this phobia about germs. Every time she comes home from shopping or any public place, she rushes to scrub - as if for surgery - and to use strong mouthwash. I would say there is a clear link between her anxiety and her "clean mouth"

Second meaning:
A person with a downward look on life, be it depression or anxiousness, or anger will often be the user of foul language or will down-speak others during the course of a day. This would be a foul-mouthed person. (as opposed to "clean" mouth.)

I wouldnt doubt it. My teeth and breath are VERY important to me. While I smile, people are going to see my mouth and teeth and that makes an impression on people. If my teeth were bad and my breath was bad, I wouldnt want to smile or socialize that much which would probably isolate me from things I want to do. Maybe staying in the house. Thats enough to depress people. Also the anxiety of having to be in public being self concious about your mouth...yes anxiety would be there.
