The 132 systolic needs to be watched. Begin taking in more potassium rich foods and fruits. Eat lots of nuts and fish like herring or sardines twice a week. Excersize 45 minutes a day, walkiing briskly . You may see 118 over 70 with a pulse of 65 in about two months. Depending on your age, that reading is good.

You have got pre-hypertension. ie., you will become a hypertensive patient in near future unless your lifestyle is changed. Your pulse rate is normal. [A normal pulse rate for a healthy adult, while resting, can range from 60 to 100 beats per minute (BPM)].
Lifestyle changes may help control your blood pressure:
* Lose weight if you are overweight. Excess weight adds to strain on the heart. In some cases, weight loss may be the only treatment needed.
* Exercise regularly.
* Eat a healthy diet. Eat less fat and sodium. Salt, MSG, and baking soda all contain sodium. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and fiber.
* Avoid smoking.
* If you have diabetes, keep your blood sugar under control.
Please see the web pages for more details on Hypertension.

You would be considered borderline hypertensive or prehypertensive. (120-139/80-89). You should check your blood pressure more often and see if this was a one time incident or if this is your average blood pressure reading. If it is, you should take steps to reduce your blood pressure like exercise, eat healthy, reduce sodium intake and if you do drink or smoke, stop.

It is okay, but on the highish side of normal. Pulse slightly high, but not too bad.
