You may not be overeating but what you eat matters if you want to shed the pounds. A workout is good but you are beginning too extreme. Which means you probably won't follow all of your goals and you will feel badly. Don't set yourself up that way. Sounds like you are young so starting right is important.
About your list:
Start with 10 jumping jacks those mornings for 2 weeks, then increase by 5 every week or two weeks.
Dancing is fun so go for it as often as your in the mood really work up a good sweat it is also arobic, if you haven't seen your doctor lately go and discuss your program with him/her, chances are they will have suggestions for activities and will check you out to make sure you can take on this sudden activity. I'm sure its ok you always should do this if you decide to start working out ok.
Pushups, start with 5, not every morning on the alternate mornings of jumping jack tues., thurs, sat.
Crunges too many to start with man, start small, you will last longer make 100 crunches your ultimate goal to achieve starting with 10 at first ok.
Same goes with anything you start, try pilates too, the breathing technique allows you to take in the necessary oxygen and also revives your mind along with the exercise reviving your physical body. Good luck to you, remember take it slow and I almost forgot start small with your weight goal if you lose only one pound a week, take a pound of butter out of the fridge or think of one and that is how much fat you got rid of that's impressive and if you keep that up in one year you will have lost 52 lbs isn't that amazing I know you can do it, don't forget to eat right as well, from now on what goes in you is good for you, fruits, raw vegetables, vegetable cocktails, fruit smoothies, think nutrition, fuel you will need to accomplish the daily regimen of exercise you have set up for yourself, read up on it too. Look up on the internet there are plenty of free advice

This is to much for you to be handling. You will just end up depressed and put on some pounds to comfort yourself. You have an addiction--an obsessidy for food. I dont recommend those daily work-out routines for you. What I recommend is working on cardio, since most of your fat is from water, which will burn quick fat at that weight. Once you start getting into the work-out routine, start doing muscle. Basically, do a couple of pushups every 3 times a week. However, stick with cardio for now.
I hope you can do it. I know you can do it. But the most important thing is--you need to know that you can do it.

I wouldn't get into all that lunges and stuff it's just a waste of time. Just start out walking about a mile and everyday go a little farther till you walk 3 miles a day. Then start jogging, believe me ur outlook on life will change dramatically and you'll be so much happier. Good luck, hope that helped!

Go for walks everyday. Not little walk, farrrrr walks. Pace yourself. Go as slow as you want. But go for a long time.
Instead of asking your mom for a gym memebership, ask her to go on walks and excersise in the home with you. Gym's really don't make a big difference in my opinion. I just walk everyday and I look just as okay as my friends who go to a gym.
Also, I believe you when you say you don't over eat. I'm not going to not believe you. Hmmm, at dinner, if you are like most people who have dinner with vegatables, mashed potatoes, blah blah blahhh whatever else, eat only ONE food group. Samme goes for breakfast and lunch.
I hope that helps you sweetie
But also remmeber that the only way to lose weight is to not feel down on yourself. Believe that you ARE beautiful INSIDE and OUT. Which I'm sure you are :)
Hope everything works out well

Working out is not just about trying to fit in the society. It's more about being fit and healthy. It's about becoming confident of yourself. I was 40 lbs overweight 2 years ago and I was starting to feel ashamed of myself. I tried to go on different diets which included starving myself and took different kinds of diet pills and teas just to get rid of the fats that' been burdening me. But everytime I lose a few pounds, I ate more again and became too lazy to move. In short, i didn't have discipline.
But then I realized I have to stick to my original plan which is to shed off the excess baggage in my body. Don't push yourself too much on your goal of losing weight overtime by starving yourself. It's not that simple as you think it may be. But you will surely lose weight if you are really serious about it. You can eat anything but in moderation of course. You've got to have self- discipline if you really want to achieve your goal. A great work out, perfect diet tips and lots of patience can help you gain the lean and slimmer you. For more tips, visit

here's some suggestions....
you can run around your neighborhood ..... or you can walk if you dont like running...... or you can simply do both.... walk then run then walk then..............
another excercise you can do is swim. Swimming can be tiring so you can walk in water instead. Walking in water is still efficient as walking on land. I personally think its harder to walk on water....
next if you eat candy and pop you should quit. instead eat fruits. stay AWAY from oily food..... such as pizza, fries, and popcorn. eat salad, subs, chiken (not fried) and other low calorie and fatty food..... this can help a lot in your weight
also what you plan on doing might take a lot of energy. so dont overdue yourself. if you feel like your overduing yourself, shorten your excercise schedule. I think your excercise plan will go along great and i think it would be better if you walk or run around your neighborhood.
hope tis helped :))) .... also ..... remember to believe in yourself and say i can do it instead of i cant do it...... good luk!!!

What kind of dancing?(you need to get your pulse rate up to breathless(hard to talk) for at least 30 min. most days). Don't eat french fries, donuts, hot dogs, fat hamburgers !! If your clothes don't start getting looser then you must up the exercise time and or intensity (without consuming more calories).
