Can anybody tell me if he has done hair plant sugery and if it looks real and works plzz ?

It is the only method to replace hair that does work. However, it doesn't work perfectly or all that well really. Its very expensive, painful and will leave tiny scars where the hair was removed from to be transplanted. My wife's cousin had it done and you can tell since he keeps his hair short. Unless I get cancer I might not ever have this problem, but you need to decide if you are uncomfortable going bald. You can try wearing hats of course, but too bad the business hat fashion ended like 60 years ago.
