What is the bump on the inside of my gums, which I can burst with my finger?

Its almost like a zit but nothing comes out. I just press hard on the small bumb and it bursts or flattens. Really weird.

it is called an abcess and it needs to be taken care of and you need to take antibiotics for it from the dentist . good luck .

Sounds like an Ulcer to me, get some 'Bonjela' from the pharmacy :)
